Omahmu is a rental platform and property management service built in Indonesia. We help tenants find a home and give landlords and property teams a better way to run the work that follows.

A listing should lead somewhere

Rental information usually ends up spread across listing sites, chat threads, spreadsheets, bank transfers, and paper agreements. That makes simple questions surprisingly hard to answer. Is the unit still available? Which agreement applies? Has this month's rent been paid? Who is fixing the leak?

Omahmu keeps those answers with the rental they belong to. The listing, application, agreement, charges, payments, service requests, renewal, and check-out become one history instead of a pile of separate records.

Built around the tenancy

A tenancy connects the tenant, landlord, unit, agreement, dates, money, and property work. That is why it sits at the centre of Omahmu. It gives everyone a shared reference when something changes or needs attention.

Built in Indonesia

We are designing Omahmu for residential rentals in Indonesia, including kost rooms, houses, apartments, and smaller multi-unit properties. Landlords can use the platform with their own staff or agree on the day-to-day work Omahmu will handle.
